- All forms must represent belt rank.
- GYMNASTIC MOVES WILL NOT SCORE HIGHER POINTS
- Competitor will be judged on balance, focus, power, &technique. Not if the form is done correctly. (Every school does not do the same form the same way)
- Only 1 weapon allowed in the division, competitor cannot start with one then end with another weapon.
- All Forms will be judged on a 1-9 system with the use of decimals from .01-.09.
- 5 judges will be used in black belt rings and 3 will be used in under black.
- Spiking of the weapon will not be allowed, if this happens points MAY be deducted.
- Restart of form will be allowed only “1” time (but there will be point deductions by the judges)
- If a judge begins in a ring they MUST finish the WHOLE division before stepping out.
- Judges may judge their own students BUT if favoritism happens competitor WILL be disqualified.
